Born in 1968 in Leiria and started his studies at Sociedade Filarmónica S. Cristóvão – Caranguejeira, Leiria.
After and during his clarinet training, had numerous experiences as a clarinetist in Master-Classes and or in academic and professional orchestras.
He did his master's degree in orchestra, because the Direction has always aroused a lot of interest having already had the opportunity to direct several orchestras / wind bands, both amateurs and professionals.
In addition to having been the coordinator of several Master-Classes / Courses and Internships for Instrumentalists, was Course Director for 5 years of Professional Music Courses. He is currently a teacher of clarinet and instrumental ensemble classes at Orfeão de Leiria – Conservatório de Artes, teacher in the Filarmónica Pedroguense – Pedrógão Grande and music teacher at the Conservatório Internacional de Ballet e Dança, Annarella Sánchez.
